Skip to the 6-minute mark and listen through to the end. Tucker talks about Nixon winning by the biggest margin in history, Watergate, Nixon's threat to CIA director Helms about exposing "who shot John", Mark Felt Asst FBI Director for counterintelligence being Deep Throat, and Bob Woodward had been in Naval Intelligence. Very interesting stuff, particularly since Carlson has at least twice in the last few weeks stated openly that the CIA assassinated JFK.
The Daily Caller mysteriously left this part of the video out of their reporting on what he was talking about last night.
I hope Carlson has good security. I'd hate to hear of an "accident", a "suddenly illness" or a "suicide".
He's poking some dangerous and ruthless people.

Nixon was a perfect example of the corruption of the left. Democrats and their acolytes protested — sometimes violently — against their own two presidents all through the ‘60s to get out of the Vietnam war.
Nixon came along and did it.
Nixon had an R after his title, but often times he led as a D. But with the R, he needed to be stopped. Trump and Reagan before him — who actually were Ds and changed their ideology to an R — were looked at as evil for the same reasons, regardless of their policies which sometimes turned left.
When the Deep State came along to take Nixon out, the left had already poisoned the well in preparation.
But the Deep State has always been the left. But they are so much more. It has been thoroughly corrupt since WWII, and it’s power has only increased exponentially since then, taking out Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Trump, and now likely Biden.
We have no democracy...
I watched him last night. I was 8 when JFK was shot and remember where I was and what I was doing. Tucker wouldn’t be saying this stuff if he didn’t have proof. SOMEONE better be watching his six.
Everything he said was plausible.
even back then the FBI/CIA were hard at work influencing elections by getting their mafia partners to lend a hand.
“He needs to provide actual evidence, not “a source told me the CIA was behind the assassination.””
He provided more evidence last night on the issue than what prompted the Mueller investigation of Trump. When Nixon said on tape, “I know who killed John” he definitely was not, of course, by necessity, referring to Oswald.
But you are so behind the times. Evidence is no longer required, only accusations. Today, an accusation is strong evidence of guilt.
I never made a connection to Nixon, but it certainly could have happened that way.
At this point, I no longer trust ANY election, past or present, especially the ‘news’ and ‘history’ that reports it.
For example, JFK was *S*elected to win in 1960, and perhaps the 1960 ‘stolen’ election was the DSC’s public narrative to keep JFK in line.
There are simply many layers to ponder and pursue in our collective “history”.
I think it’s fair to say that I am a pretty extreme buff of the Nixon era also a lot of interest in the Kennedy assassination and related events.
I thoroughly enjoyed this segment and want to completely believe it. However, you have to recognize that Tucker left out a lot of historical context to these events.
The biggest one is the Vietnam war and the radicalization of the Democrat party in opposition to it and their hatred of Nixon their absolute hatred of Nixon which far exceeded any hatred of Trump.
Of course the democrats have always been corrupt opportunists but hatred of Nixon over the war was certainly their biggest weapon and their biggest motivating factor.
For example, eliminating Nixon allowed them to give the North Vietnamese all of South East Asia.
It’s possible that elements of the security establishment wanted us to lose the war at the time but I really doubt it.
It’s true that Gerald Ford headed up the Warren commission but they mainly wanted him because he was a plain vanilla boring guy who was not considered very intelligent. In fact a lot of people thought that Gerald Ford was a good insurance policy against some removing Nixon.
Let’s take one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle that Tucker presented. Spiro agno. Tucker glossed over this as a tax evasion charge brought against Agnew to remove him.
The fact is that agnu pleaded no contest because he was caught red hand and taking bribes from when he was a governor and those bribes were continuing to be delivered to him as vice president.
So I enjoyed Tucker’s presentation. I believe that the removal of Nixon was one of the worst things that ever happened to this country. At the time people thought any president who committed a crime should resign and Nixon definitely committed a crime.
In retrospect we saw that criminal Democrat presidents such as Clinton did not resign and the democrats supported Clinton. So the republicans refused to save Nixon at great cost to our country but the democrats refused to uphold the rule of law against Clinton and others since.
While I sympathize with everything Tucker was saying he was not giving the complete context or the complete story. Nixon didn’t just get removed out of the blue because the CIA decided to remove him from office. They may have helped they may have even been a bit behind it but this was accomplished by the radical Democrat party and the radicals in the Democrat media which at that time was the entire media.
Was Bob Woodward a CIA plant sent to the Washington Post to get Nixon? Maybe.
But there really was not a good explanation of why the security establishment would want to get Nixon. Simply saying that he told someone he knew do who was behind the assassination of John Kennedy is hardly enough motivation for them to get Nixon thrown out of office.
Nixon was not an anti establishment candidate like Trump. The left hated him and they destroyed him but mistakes made by Nixon himself sealed his fate. He knew it and everyone else knows it.
Yep, 3 terms of Bush, that has CIA pawn written all over it.
I don’t believe this theory.
Yes, and then the same people that put JFK in, took him out 3 years later. Then they told LBJ not to seek reelection, put in Nixon to end the war, and took him out with Watergate, as outlined by Tucker. Fast forward to Trump, for a rinse & repeat. Zelenskyy just got his walking papers, and some people here remain in a political fog.

“Who cares” if our intel groups are assassinating the POTUS?
You are a very special kind of retard.
It’s encouraging to watch someone on television who is honest, intelligent, articulate, and a truth-seeker. Would that they all were!
I agree. It’s the Cold Case of Cold Cases. Unfinished business. We see true crime shows all the time where a local PD tackles years old unsolved murders.
This was a sitting President.
Screw the Warren Report.
Tucker is brilliant and fearless.
I always thought it was Johnson since he seemed to be the one that profitted by it.
Nixon was a choir boy compared to Creepy Joe, Bubba and Maobama.
Oliver Stone’s JFK doesn’t seem so farfetched anymore, especially the court scene regarding who was controlling the country (hint: it wasn’t “We The People”).
Ditto.
Tucker nails it.
I can’t believe he was allowed to cover this.
