I’ve been taking resveratrol and a men’s multi-vitamin with minerals for at least 25 years. When I tell people that I am 60, or ask them to guess my age, they always guess mid to late 40s. I have NO wrinkles on my neck or face and if it weren’t for my grey hair I absolutely believe that I have a more myouthful appearance than my 60 years should show.
Yeah I’m 70. but I’m told I look 60. I even took a biological age test which showed biologically I’m only 60. But then I’ve always looked 10 years younger than I am.
That said, I do try to live as healthy as I can.
But I do wonder how much of it is genetic and how much of the good health is life style.
