Stargate, several iterations, used and canceled self-destruct just at the last second. There was even one where ‘some powerful entity’ stopped it just in time.

I always laughed at the code sequences. “Sequence 1 Code 1 1 A”, “Picard Alpha Alpha 1”, etc. It’s like Spaceballs... “that’s what an idiot uses for their luggage combination”.
