of course she is a citizen but with foreign parents at that time, not natural born. She had the options to be citizen of India. That is split loyalty and not natural born.
Maybe, but she’s been a citizen of the US for 51 years and a over or of her home state. Pretty sure she’s got solid American loyalty, but if you want to doubt that, go ahead. I’m of German heritage and proud of it……but I don’t want dual citizenship.
