MIAMI - A Cutler Bay man is accused of biting the head off of a woman's pet snake during a domestic dispute.
According to Miami-Dade police, officers were sent to the Saga Bay apartment complex on SW 210th Street on Monday to check out reports of a couple arguing.
When they arrived they could hear the fight between a man and woman going on inside #108.
They knocked on the door several times and made loud verbal commands to open the door. The fight continued as the door remained closed and at one point the officers heard the woman scream - kick it in.
When they forced their way in, they saw a woman about two feet from the door and the person she was fighting with, identified as 32-year-old Kevin Mayorga, running behind a door to close it, according to police.
One of the officers used his Taser on Mayorga, to no effect. He was then removed from the apartment. Police say he actively resisted, at one point he struck an officer in the face with his arm which had a handcuff on it, causing an abrasion to the officer's face.
Police said Mayorga continued to resist as he was taken to the ground and placed in leg restraints.
It was at that point, the woman told the officers that he had bitten off the head of her pet ball python. The dead snake was found next to the door with its head detached.
Mayorga was taken into custody and charged with resisting an officer with violence, false imprisonment, and animal cruelty.
He should run for President, against a female opponent for the best effect.
Screw State Farm.
I have a public adjuster now after almost 4 weeks of NOTHING being done beyond their clown show “cleaners documenting” bottles of .79 hydrogen peroxide and throwing hundreds of dollars worth of undamaged art supplies and a $200 Netgear wireless router (and much more) in a dumpster while I was unaware they were doing so.
The adjuster who came today said drag it out, lock it all in the yard inside the gate and keep them away from me..
They’re going to clean out and document EVERYTHING in the house from bottles of dollar tree aspirin to computers and anything in between.
Neither he or the contractor i want could believe no one had set up generators for fans this whole time.

They’ve gone to the Dark Side and their subconscious is admitting it..
/no racism implied and they are rated the 4th worst insurer in the country.
They have been brutal and cruel beyond belief and have driven me to my knees mentally.
They want to wear me down and break me so I finally snap and accept pennies on the dollar

After State Farce told me it “couldn’t be done”, the adjuster is going to try and set up a rental mobile home in my backyard, like he ids doing for another SF victim, so my dog won’t be falling apart so quickly and I will sort of be “home” again
So prayers for that would be wildly appreciated..
Its gotten so bad that for the third time since Friday, hubby has had the hotel staff use the master key to “break in” to my room because I’m so physically worn down nothing will wake me up.
I am beyond exhaustion and malnutrition
I’m so skinny now it scares me.
Wearing size 11 girl’s jeans.
God help me.
