“Would seem the girls’ charges have been upgraded.”

Not high enough. Manslaughter.

I recall that girl who was on the phone encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself, which he did. I think she was charged with some degree of murder. I know she want to court but am not sure if she was convicted.

NJ had a case where a Rutgers student used his computer to spy on his gay roommate’s makeout session, and shared it with a few friends.

The gay student jumped off a bridge and the roommate was hit with some serious charges and jail time.

She served 11 months and was released for good behavior.

Schools need to quit calling it “bullying” when these cases like this and the school bus in Florida are nothing less than Aggravated Assault which should be a felony charge as an adult.
