I had sort of forgotten about that herd of bucks - they were 'awesome'!! I found the pics - July 24, 2015. The game camera caught them. I was up on the hill in the pasture when they spotted me and took off.

Lovely! Still in velvet, too.

The only time we see deer around here is when we’re NOT hunting - or they run into our vehicles on the road.

We have 48 acres of woods, surrounded by all the corn and soybeans they can eat. Ungrateful buggers. ;)
