I’ve had their chicken sandwiches twice both times the buns have fallen apart in my hands because they were stale, the hostess told me that’s the way they’re supposed to be... I was a cook I know what a f****** bun is supposed to be like and it doesn’t crumble in your hands while you’re trying to take a bite out of it.

Have had them at least once a week on average since 1980 and have never experienced that.
