U Visas for Illegal-Alien Crime Victims: Yet Another Amnesty Ploy

Designed to assist law enforcement agencies in prosecuting criminals, the U visa is granted to victims of crime who lack immigration status and allows them to stay in the country (and work legally), and eventually get a green card and citizenship, ostensibly to aid in the prosecution of the crimes...Although Congress has capped the number of visas at 10,000 a year, there is a backlog of 315,000, as illegal aliens use a U visa application as a way to remain and work in the United States.

Marriage visas are another part of this scam. Illegal immigrant women induce USA citizens to marry them. Then, the women claim spousal abuse and ask for protection. They get a work permit and a clear pathway to a Green Card. Meanwhile, the duped husband faces criminal prosecution, or, at the least, a permanent record of abuse accusations.

People here illegally should never have a “pathway to citizenship.” At most, a permanent residency card as long as they have not been nor ever get involved in criminal activity.

And we should not have birthright citizenship, either.

This is why so many people come here illegally, because they can get benefits by having children and we have given put 6 amnesties, so they think they just have to wait and everything will be ok.
