Thanks.

The studies showing Vitamin D and zinc (and hydroxychloroquine) being ineffective with treating COVID were based upon people who were already experiencing severe symptoms. These of course were the ones the CDC trumpeted.

Collectively, what they appear to say is to keep your Vitamin D up to normal levels all the time (no need to go high), and very early on take zinc, along with the other anti-virals.

All correct but I’d add that its Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine and Quercetin (a common supplement recommended in March of 2020 by Dr. Zelenko if IVM or HCQ were unavailable - very early in the US pandemic) that act as zinc ionophores - that help get the zinc into your cells to prevent or reduce viral replication.

The CDC holds Zinc as fundamental to proper operation of our immune system which was known for years and years but denied for use in early or late Covid-19 treatment.

Sigh, again.

Just taking zinc alone isn’t the whole picture. You need a zinc ionophore to help significantly raise the zinc levels inside the cells - HCQ, Quercetin, etc.
