Is the Springfield an exact duplicate of the .451911A1?

Are the safety features enhanced from the original design?

IIRC Colt produced a series 80 that enhanced the design with a breakbar feature to alleviate misfires. I think...

I sincerely hope you heal without too much difficulty. I certainly have had more than my share of serious injuries, and know the struggle of regaining health even through compromised musculoskeletal integrity. Adherence to a disciplined Physical Therapy regimen can seem daunting at times, but you must push through even to achieve a semblance of less than 100% of previous movement and balance.

This isn’t one of the Springfield 1911 clones. It’s an imported Italian copy of the CZ-75.
