A 17-year-old student at Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Florida was arrested Tuesday after he shoved a teacher’s aide so hard she flew in the air several feet. He then pounded her head into the floor, all because she took his Nintendo Switch away from him during class, according to police. He later spit on the victim and said when he comes back he would kill her, police said.
Video shows the 6 foot, six inch, 270 pound student raced after the woman, sent her flying across the floor and knocking her unconscious when she landed on her head. The student then kicked and repeatedly punched the victim in the head and body as she was knocked out until he was dragged away by several school employees and students.

Crazy dogs need to be put down.
he was special ed.
But he was dangerous when out of control.....and the aide should sue the school for denying her the proper information and opportunity to make decisions based on accurate briefings concerning the violent special needs student.
This so called kid cold murder someone in his rage.
Almost the same day an extended family member who is a special ed teacher in Ohio got roughed up and punched by an animal in the class he teaches.
Assault on a teacher in my day would have instantly sent the perp to “reform school” (essentially a prison for juveniles, walls, barbed wire, the works), and we’d never have seen him again.
Now, nothing will happen to the little darling at all, teaching him that physical violence is OK behavior.

It sounds like a hate crime for noticing the obvious.....

White home boy security guard sure as hell too his time!!! This animal deserved a double tap to the head. Not a thoughtful nudge! This animal should be put down. He is like beast with rabies. It is unlikely to be fixed.
Mental illness has nothing to do with this in my opinion. It’s simply unacceptable behavior that deserves serious prison time. He can’t be around the population or females of any age.
It is not advisable to take away a belonging but still...serious jail time for the animal.
Sadly, many of our public schools have numerous feral children running them. Their parents were either feral or are afraid to punish them. Teachers are either in agreement with their behavior or are too afraid to discipline them. The administration of most public schools is focused on keeping their jobs and federal funding and not the safety of the teachers, and students.
It all comes down to money- If schools report the violence, they will lose fund. If the Administration try to solve the violence issue, they risk losing their jobs.
Public schools are violent places where violent people prey on the weak.
The kid deserved a lot of taser shocks, with pepper spray in between.
He’s been charged with felony aggravated battery.
As they cuff him the kid says he don’t wanna go to jail, he has more important places to be. He then accuses the cops of ‘manhandling’ him. LOL
Yeh, he is not all there.

If you’re the kind of “special ed.” that does stuff like this when someone in authority tells you “no”, then you’re someone that - let’s face it - needs to be KEPT somewhere.
In a prison environment, I don’t see him lasting more than a year.
