The Flagler County Sheriff Office arrested a 17-year-old boy at Matanzas High School for attacking his teacher.
Deputies say, upon arrival they saw a female paraprofessional on the ground with severe injuries after what they say was an unprovoked attack.

He was going to kill her if nobody stepped up.
I don’t know how Florida law works, but he should be facing attempted murder and bodily assault and as many other charges as possible, with all convictions running consecutively.

He knows the law will not do anything to him. If anything, the paraprofessional he beat the hell out of will have charges filed against her for bruising his knuckles.Kinda like the kid who shot the teacher in Virginia. Nothing will happen to him. And he has learned to aim for the head next tine.

I have checked on the penalty for youth and, you’re right, it is almost nothing sentences.
Hopefully the parateachers sues the board for allowing a menace on grounds.

The lying apologists for POS claim he did not know what he was doing or realize the consequences of his actions because he was special needs.
Fact is, he told one of his classmates he was going to go kill the woman for taking his Nintendo away. He needs to go down hard for this brutal assault.

He might have procedures that delayed his response, such as calling a fellow officer.
Unless he was sitting in the back room, he probably was delayed by policies.

He knows that if gives the kid so much as a dirty look, he is in a World of hurt from the authorities. He is aware that he is in a no win situation. That he is dealing with a protected member of society. And whatever he does will be wrong.
