This is a classic song done by Count Vlad in his ubiquitous way. Check out how Vlad sings the second verse. The guitar solos have a variety of styles, but the riotous line is in the second verse on the word "BABY." I laugh every time I hear it. If you like the music please subscribe.
I think you mean Vlad doing Santana doing Peter Green. If you haven’t heard Peter Green’s own original version, then you haven’t heard Black Magic Woman.
exactly
Was about to say. Done with Fleetwood Mac.
I love that guy! He does a great All Along the Watchtower, and Hurricane.
That was fun. Good guitar work, too. The count’s voice works well on this one.
Thanks dynachrome. I always appreciate your comments!
Yes indeed!
Thank you, Penelope Dreadful. Count Vlad appreciates your kind words!
Peter Green. A bad mammer-jammer.
I first heard Fleetwood Mac in 1972, at the Celebrity Theater, in Phoenix, AZ. I was a spry 15-year-old but apparently was developing good tastes in music and bands along that same adolescent growth time frame.
The draw for me was to see Long John Baldry. Unfortunately, LJB, for reasons unknown, did not show up, but two bands that I didn’t know anything about were on the marquee - Fleetwood Mac & Savoy Brown.
Oh boy!
These bands were quintessential jam bands (pre-pop mega success) and crushed it...
You are welcome! The Count is very talented, but what else could you expect from somebody who has playing guitar for 700 years or so? Somebody on youtube made a good suggestion that he cover Little Red Riding Hood. I bet the Count could nail the wolf howl in that!
I think he will in time. He’s working on another tune at this moment – the B. B. King song “The Thrill is Gone.”
