If she was living there, and they went for a vacation, and he wouldn’t let he back in, isn’t that constructive eviction?

I guess that depends on if she had her own place.

Probably if I got into that situation I would get a vibrator and put it in the crawl space then go on vacation myself

It all depends on state laws. In my state, if it’s a single family residence (even a giant mansion), then you wouldn’t be bound by the normal tenancy laws on evictions and such anyway. If their name isn’t on the title, and they can’t prove residency, you can call the cops and have them arrested for trespassing if they refuse to leave.

But that’s my state and not Florida. And she could probably prove residency anyway, since it would just take a piece of mail or something like that. My guess is she might win some judgement but they’re not going to force him to let her move back in, just make him toss her some money for not following the proper procedures.
