I have no idea if this theory is right or wrong. But here’s the thing. If you’re the head a UFO office, you had better put out UFO warnings now and again. Otherwise people might start to think that your office is really not necessary.
And as a side note, my late father once said that he’ll believe in aliens once he sees one on the Johnny Carson show. I’ll go with that way of thinking…at least for now.
