Are there still p-dogs?

For now. NM Senate bill 252 would establish a police officer procedures act which restrict police from using force in apprehending a suspect. Essentially it makes the police officer the criminal and the crook the victim if the officer uses force in the apprehension. “Force” is used broadly to mean anything that would harm the criminal. Use of force includes use of a police dog except for bomb detection. The bill went nowhere this session, not even heard in committee. But the radical left wing Dems will try again next year.
