Evidently - I don’t have a clue what people are talking about as I don’t go to that store - not one close by. Who gives who a quarter and when?

A quarter is needed to get a cart as they are all chained together..... Once you return the cart and rechain it to the others in the cart corral the quarter releases......pretty clever way to keep from having to round up carts in the parking lot.
