Weight alone was not the driving factor, but the inflammation that typically come from it, was.
This seems to point back to the benefit of either an anti-inflammatory diet and/or exercise. Our fat is inflammatory, but, perhaps worse, is the rest of what we have happening that creates inflammation.

So I thot being morbidly over weight was supposed to be promoted as healthy, sexy and “You go girl!”. Didnt these yahoos get the memo?
There is enough fat shaming in that article to call an emergency redaction before the uber-carbs read it and form some kind of retaliatory cancel mob. And I am also now a target as well, because I am a racist for noticing and commenting?
