Although economics is the key to understanding why these athletes earn such enormous salaries, it still fails to explain why they actually deserve it. Professional athletes are overpaid because they do not provide society with an essential function that improves or strengthens our world, in comparison to other professionals such as medical doctors, lawyers, and teachers.

I didn’t even watch the Super Bowl . I could care less who gets what in any sport anymore. They have ruined all of them. Sports used to be fun and i enjoyed them . Then i got older and found out that they are all just to keep your eye off the ball. “F” sports, save the country!

Agreed - he’s taking the steps. This year, should be in Divisional round or AFC Championship or better (Super Bowl).

I stopped watching football about five or six years ago. I mention that only because I have no idea who Jalen Hurts is. I used to know all the star NFL players back in the day.

I don't miss the NFL at all.
