I ferment. Kimchee, kraut mostly. Pickle chicken feet and eggs on occasion. Pickled cakes and beef hotdogs and hotlinks every week.

That’s awesome. I’ve only ever done pickles. I love Kimchi, if you would share your recipe with me, I’ll certainly give it a shot.

Now, pickled cakes? That’s different. I’m curious about that, too.
