Exactly.

Decades ago, a great battle ensued between the fat industry and the sugar industry. Sugar won, fat lost. Now tons of products are low-fat, and high sugar.

A *very* low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet will lower obesity, lower BP, lower any systemic inflammation, and overall improve health.

I agree! Fat does not create fat...sugar does. And that esp means all the processed foods in the middle isles of grocery stores. All kinds of sugar. And I understand that fruit ie fructose is VERY BAD for getting fatty liver.

The following is a great youtube to watch. Just listen to the last half of video. Graphs upon graphs proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that obesity has greatly increased world wide (even Japan!) since this one particular item has been added to worlds diet...and that one item is vegetable seed oils ie corn oil, canola oil, etc etc etc etc. Watch the video and you will agree.

If item has a bar code...don’t eat it.
