The plea deal calls for a 12-year sentence, though Keen Warren's attorney, Greg Rosenfeld, told reporters outside the courtroom that he expects her to be home in 10 months. Only twelve years for point-blank murder? Ridiculous.
Home in 10 months? It used to be in Florida that you had to serve at least 85% of your sentence. Dunno about now.
