The original number - like 3 years ago - was $125K. Now they say it’s $350K. Think the prosecutors are fluffing it all up with in-kind equivalences, but have not read the whole thing.
Regardless, no one complained in the first place. When I originally donated I assumed his assertion had holes in it anyway - an artful statement. AND I thought he SHOULD pay himself out of the non-profit, since he thought it up and did it. So I couldnt have cared less that he started paying himself. They hired a contractor and started doing it, as advertised. All I cared about.
But he was charged because obviously the Open Borders Ratz wanted the Wall to STOP. So they pushed for investigation, not anyone who actually contributed.
And now we have the most injured AF veteran of Iraq being charged by a third world thug prosecutor in New York...because some of the contributors were in NY, so he claimed jurisdiction...and prosecuted everyone he could. A man who would never take up arms for the US and has nothing but contempt for those who do. And after conviction, Kolflage gets sentenced by a woman named Torres, who is undoubtedly hostile to anyone who wants to stop the Invasion from the South. Mi Raza, you know?
If a Rat pulled this - and they do all the time - it woulda been a little negotiated civil fine. It hinges ENTIRELY on the one statement about him not taking anything, so CONSUMER FRAUD! Screams Braggart. In NY? That’s comical. The entire place is crawling with consumer fraudsters.
It’s ridiculous. The only reason they did this was to shut down anyone who might get an idea that they can help stop the Invasion.

I had no problem with him taking a salary, either.
Hopefully, the verdict will be overturned, and his accusers will face their own Justice!
