Apparently Kolfage was to plead guilty according to other sources who reported this on the eighth of this month. The way a Federal prosecutor works is they can threaten to keep you in prison forever if you don't plead guilty. It is my understanding they "win" most of their cases by forcing the defendant to plead guilty.
They use extortion and any threat they can think of to push people into pleading guilty.
