A woman and her partner have been arrested in a dramatic police swoop for the horrific murder and mutilation of two boys in South Africa allegedly to steal their “body parts”.
The tragic school friends were feared to be victim of “muti killings” where victims are killed and dismembered of body parts "to order" for the use of witchdoctors.
The blood drenched bodies of little Nqobile Zulu, 5, and pal Tshiamo Rabanye, 6, were found dumped in fields a mile apart with their genitals, noses and lips missing
The two innocents had also been stabbed repeatedly and had their throats slit after being kidnapped while playing after school on swings in Soweto, Johannesburg.
South African Police spokesman Lieutenant Mavela Masondo confirmed they had arrested a 50-year-old woman and her 39-year old male partner 6 days after the brutal murders.
He said an eltie specialist police team had been established to solve the crime that shocked South Africa in its brutality with the killing of the schoolboys.
Lieutenant Masondo said:”We have cracked the case with the arrest of a man and a woman yesterday following a forensic investigation into exactly what happened.
“We brought two prime suspects in for questioning who have since been charged with murder and they will appear before Soweto magistrates on Friday.
"The 50-year-old woman is known to the family of one of the victims and we have recovered an object which is part of the investigation which will be shown in court.
"The possibility of it being muti-murders forms part of the investigation" he said.

Yes, I think putting a few of those on the evening news would prompt the barbarians to consider the personal risk involved before they decide to kill someone.
