They’re looking for a man who committed this crime, in a place where the DA lets people out of jail , who were jailed for far more serious crimes.

And they’re looking for a man who did something which homeless people do all the time without consequence.

If they do find this man and discover that he’s homeless, then there would be no charges against him, right?

What crime? Did he loot a Walmart? Clean out a Liquor Store of cigarettes, booze, and then burn it down?

Here's a guy that really gives a sh*t about his community. They should give him a "Key to the City"; or at least a key to a private restroom.
