The last pride flag that this happened to it seemed the problem was more that it wasn’t the person’s flag - they had stolen it.
Although I’m not sure that I would tempt the prosecutor if I used my own Pride flag to poop on. Of course that could be indecent exposure. Dumping a week of my dog’s droppings perhaps - but they could probably find some law against that too.
