I don’t know what it is, just footage that I got Tuesday, soldier talking on walky-talky is speaking a Slavic language, could be Ukrainian or Russian. Shots of fire are taken from across water, possibly Black Sea. Relevant to statement by a Ukrainian muckety-muck that they’re targeting Crimea logistics infrastructure.

This footage is partially taken from water, and is a composite, possibly of two fires. The footage to which you refer is taken from land and refers to the fire as being at Sebastopol. Same two construction cranes in some of the shots as on your Twitter feed.
