Alleged drunk driver Jamie Lee Komoroski had a blood alcohol concentration level of more than three times the legal limit during the car crash that killed newlywed bride Samantha Hutchinson, with the suspect telling cops she “did nothing wrong.”

Komoroski, 25, had a BAC level of 0.261 when she allegedly slammed her car into a golf cart Hutchinson, 34, was driving in with her new husband in Folly Beach, according to a toxicology report from South Carolina police.

The former taco eatery waitress was allegedly so intoxicated during the crash that she appeared confused, telling responding officers, “All the sudden something hit me,” and repeatedly saying, “I did nothing wrong,” according to the incident report.

“Komoroski admitted to having two drinks an hour before the accident, a beer and a tequila pineapple.”

Musta been serving ‘em in gallon jugs then.

“Officials said Komoroski was going 40 mph over the 25-mph speed limit in her rented Toyota Camry along a poorly lit residential street when she slammed into the newlyweds’ slow-moving vehicle, which was thrown 100 yards on impact and rolled over several times.”

Killed on her wedding night after the reception. I cannot imagine much worse in life than that. Those poor kids.

At the article, there’s a picture of the perp in a miniskirt, wearing pink heart-shaped glasses, and doing some kind of “internet influencer” pose.

I’d rate her a (7, 20) on the matrix.

Note that the hot axis is bounded at “10”, but the crazy axis is unbounded.

Were they even legally married yet?
Does the signed dedfing license form have to be submitted first? Or the marriage consummated? I think being eligible for annulment rests on those things.

I’m so sorry. I did not mean to offend. I have always wondered if people were legally married right at the conclusion of a church service or if it waited for the paperwork to be filed to be completed, as in being signed and filed with local government. I did not intend to take away from the tragedy of the event.

I have looked and still see mixed opinions as to whether a person is legally married after a church service if the paperwork is never filed before they die in a misadventure or other tragic circumstances.

I was musing on the extra tragedy of their senseless deaths and perhaps that there was more pain coming to survivors if they were not legally married yet in terms of litigation, lawsuits and settlements, survivors left behind. It doesn’t matter. I apologize for the insensitivity. Thanks for pointing out the view of it. I didn’t see it. It was unintentional. RIP.
