I just told the hubs that it National BBQ day and he opened up his eyes really big with big ole smile! Said he’s gonna go pull a pork tenderloin out of the freezer right now. Gonna have some good eats tonight!
I make pretty good collards, if I do say so myself. I’ll have to run out for some corn on the cob, too. Homemade cole slaw will round it out. Great dinner suggestion, thanks!
