I thought The Peoples Democratic Republic of Californication had some of the toughest gun laws in the country... how could this perp of unknown description (wink, wink....) have gotten a gun...? just not possible...and I’ll bet he was in a gun-free zone to boot...!!??...frikkin’ amazing......
