As I understand that, the Constitution does not define what a natural born citizen is.
As a practical matter, nobody stopped Obama or Kamala Harris with their foreign-born parents, from being president and vice president.
No it doesn't, and as James Madison wrote: "Had we undertaken to define everything we would have written a digest of laws and not a constitution."
It is expected that people at the time understood what it meant, and they did. It wasn't until later that people got confused as to what Natural Born Citizen means. A lot of that confusion is the fault of William Rawle who lied about what it meant in his famous book "A View of the Constitution."
