That case went really well. < /sarc > I have seen enough garbage legal decisions in my life to realize judges are just @$$holes with power and as often as not they are just wrong and as often as not they are stupid and incompetent.
Judges are to law what witch doctors are to medicine. They put on a big show and pretend they are doing good.
