So they are admitting we aren’t prepared. Not surprised.
And from what I’ve seen, Conservatives, Patriots, etc. have been the only ones who pointed out, for years now, vulnerability of the power grid, and how it needs to be addressed.
It’s almost as if TPTB have deliberately ignored the problem so it could be exploited and blamed on the opposition.
