I would not vote for Biden EVER. However, he has simply carried out what Trump was doing to a LESSER DEGREE. Trump was arming ukraine, (how do you think the Javelin missiles got there?) Trump was sanctioning Russia, was against Nordstream, pulled out of nuclear treaty with Russia, was forcing NATO to pay up, and he actually killed several hundred Russian soldiers - where was the angst of “going to start WW3!!” here at that time???
Trump was tougher on the Russians. That’s why Putin was AFRAID to attack when he was Prez. Trump would have militarily responded to the Despot.

Yes contradictions abound. On one side of their mouth they say Putin would have never DARED invade Ukraine for fear of Trumps miltary retribution, on the other side when Biden only gives aid, he is a war monger trying to start ww3.

That is a good way of looking at it. There is little that I agree with xiden on, but if he does I will and In This case I do though I think he has been slow walking support as has much of the west. In some ways I understand, govts rarely move fast and concerns about Putin going nuclear cannot be discounted outright. With that said the idea that Russia proper was off the table has allowed this war to be protracted. Once the Russian invasion was stopped it became evident that Russia is not the Soviet Union. The introduction of a few himars showed that as well. This delay has allowed Russia to dig in and mobilize manpower.
The situation is dangerous because Putin has to realize that his existence is threatened
A failure of this magnitude can not ultimately be whitewashed by propaganda, the elites in Moscow got their first small taste of the war and I don’t think they liked it.
As to your original point would imagine if Trump was president and this did happen (don’t think it would have but if it did) democrats would not support aid simply because Trump was doing it, likewise many republicans and/or Biden haters are doing the same
