A) From colleague Tyler Olson. GOP CO Rep Buck on potential efforts to oust McCarthy. Buck: “There will be a discussion motion to vacate. Yeah. Stay tuned.”
B) Buck then characterized McCarthy as Speaker as similar to a “date with a eunuch. When asked to elaborate, Buck replied “He does not have much power when he relies on Democrats to keep him as Speaker”

GOP CO Rep Buck believes there should be a conversation about ousting McCarthy. His comments after the debt ceiling vote tonight: We were told that the first night that there’s nothing in this for Democrats and more Democrats voted for this bill and Republicans.
