I think genetics does play a role....but the bell curve doesn't lie....which is why there are outstanding very smart and successful black people making beautiful lives for themselves at one end and very low unproductive, impulsive, violent people at the other end....

children can not thrive in chaotic homes...

Genetics probably plays a role in extreme differences, but most of the time it does not.

A lot of people don’t like the “almost all cultural” explanation because it means the case falls on the parents. It’s going to be a parent-education change if it ever occurs.
