Two Cleveland Browns players had their cars stolen over the weekend, one of them at gunpoint, according to officials and online reports.
Cornerback Greg Newsome II had his car taken during an armed robbery at 3:30 a.m. Monday near the 700 block of Superior Avenue, according to interviews and a report in Sports Illustrated.

Both cars were Hellcats, a high-end Dodge model that has gained popularity in recent years. The Browns said the players did not want to speak about the incidents.

When you have no job to report to on Monday morning, you can make Sunday night your clubbing night.
I’d love to have read that the one player disarmed the carjacker and took care of business.

You would think they would be sleeping at that time. Training camps are starting up. But when you’re in the early 20’s you can still party all night and go to work. That 40 time will be a little slower but they can get a IV and be fine. Heck they don’t even tackle anymore during camps.

While ignoring the obvious....car theft has gone crazy in the last year.
