I package my own turmeric capsules. And garlic, and cinnamon, and ginger, and cayenne, and black pepper.
A couple of hours every couple of months, and it’s a LOT cheaper than buying the stuff in the store.
Does it help lesbians become normal women?
1. Add it to scrambles and frittatas.
2. Toss it with roasted vegetables.
3. Add it to rice.
4. Try it with greens.
5. Use it in soups.
6. Blend it into a smoothie.
7. Make tea.

Try turmeric with pepper:
About 3% black pepper (capsaicin) improves the bioavailability of turmeric,
making smaller doses more effective.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper with 1/4 cup turmeric.
Pre-mixed turmeric-capsaicin supplement capsules are available on Amazon.

Turmeric-Ginger Tea
....1 cup water
....1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
....1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
....Splash of milk or soy milk
....Honey or maple syrup, to taste
In a small saucepan, bring water to boil.
Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer 10 mins.
Stir in milk and strain tea into a cup.
Add sweetener to taste.
Black pepper does not contain capsaicin. Only chiles do.

Yep. Another really good way to get some turmeric in your diet is cowboy candy, which is sliced jalapenos in a syrup that’s spiced with turmeric among other things. I need to make and can another batch before too long.
