Golden milk:
1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa.
milk (I use coconut milk with vanilla).
A sweetener, as needed - Stevia.
Heat it up and stir.

Thanks for that golden milk recipe. We make it, too, with fresh turmeric ground up in the blender. We buy it fresh from the Indian store, they call it “haldi.” Fill blender jar with water, add turmeric root (ginger, too), liquefy. Pour into a jug kept in refrigerator. The ground root will settle in the jug. Pour off liquid into a glass, use a strainer. Add to your various recipes. Just keep adding water to the slurry mug until all the flavor is used up. We have both a turmeric hug and ginger root jug in the fridge at any time. Sometimes we add fresh mint or lemon/ lime juice with citrus skin. Great stuff.
