Also, without being too graphic, sometimes, actions of sex can lead to her wanting to chat and bring up issues and leads to not going to sleep.

I found that initiating sex at the time they want to talk is a prophylactic to having those tough conversations. Ha Ha.
Nothing worse than her wanting to talk after sex.
