The Oxford English Dictionary definition of "a lie" is:

"... a false statement made with intent to deceive...."

If you believe it to be true, ipso facto neither are you aware that it is false, nor are you stating it with intent to deceive.

If you repeat a lie, believing it to be true, it may not be perjury, but it is still a lie.
