Putin's propaganda club here on Free Republic claim American cities are full of homeless people, but they don't mention that in Russia there are large numbers of homeless children, living alone on the street.

Isn't that much worse than some adult drug addict who ends up on the street?

This movie shot about 20 years ago at least. I see it by look of street. It was short times when West was a friend of Russia.

Today any children noticed on streets without adult supervision or a living address got stopped by police and moved to the government shelter. Each child must attend a school. If not then it is a violation of law and his adult supervisor in trouble.
