Notice - not a single piece of trash anywhere, no unidentifiable stains on the sidewalks, no drugged out zombies, no hustlers or petty thugs “playing the curb,” certainly no homeless encampments, no bars on windows, no slobs, no bloated pink-haired land-whales, no ugly tattoos.
