The reason given for people being turned over to depraved minds — that they did not give glory / worship to the Lord and that they were not thankful — shows the way.
Depravity in supporting or even being homosexual etc is the symptom, and not the cause.
This country needs repentance, God’s people need to humble themselves to Him and proclaim the only Gospel, laying aside all “other gospels” (which are not) inclusive of social gospels and using the government to take care of the poor.
Deal with the cause first and the symptom will be dealt with as well as be subsequently easier to deal with in laws (homosexual acts should be illegal).
Try to deal only with the symptom and nothing will change.

One of the main causes is Christians turning their inexhaustible number of other cheeks with every demeaning insult thrown their way.
Will they ever rise up in rightful indignation and anger, or will they just keep enjoying getting their cheeks slapped?
It’s sad seeing people thinking of ways to respond to unholiness, as if it was a matter of human action. I’ve accepted that there’s nothing to do but pray for wisdom on how to respond in your own life and to find the remnant. The Lord is in control.
