This is a hanging offense. But justice will never come regardless of who holds power.
God holds the power and justice will come. He has not left His throne. Even though we live in this world with increasing evil around, He is not late. They who mock Him, reject Him, do such evil things to others in this world, will face Him and answer to Him.
