The article does not say where this occurred. There are Benton counties all over the country. I used tp live in Benton county Oregon.
The problem with such guilty assessments is that you need other pics. Some people are in shock and look like crap when an arrest finally goes down. Withholding judgment on this one unless I see another pic.
