I wonder what the dosage is. One supplement site has 1000mg caps, 3x/day, 90 caps for around $40.
They got good results with just 10 mg/kg of weight.
That would be just 230 mg of HMB for every 50 pounds of weight.
For a 200 pound person, that would be 920 mg or basically just one gram.
You have to subtract out the calcium content, I just noticed, which means a 200 pound person would need about 1.25 grams (1,250 mg) to equal the dose they got the best response with, in their experiments.
Interestingly, you get a lot of calcium from this.
