Spam. As we get into the election cycle, my inbox and spam folder are filled with spam from campaigns. I donated to Cruz in 2015-2016, still get repeated mail despite unsubscribing. I donated to Trump 2016-2022, still get repeated mail despite unsubscribing. I get spam from local, national, and obscure candidates from around the US. Some days, half the email I receive is political spam warning of this or that calamity and begging for money. Unsubscribe is futile.
What is even worse is when they get your cell phone number. The political barrage never stops and there is not a thing you can do about it. The numbers always change so it does no good to block them.
My current nemesis is Nicky Haley. A day doesn’t go by that something from her group shows up asking for money. Very annoying and frustrating.
It does my little black heart good to be able to hit the “Report Junk and Delete” button.
Rule #1: Before making a donation, check inside hitlary’s lockbox and see if there are matching testicles there...
Ah crap. So that's why my snail mail box is jammed with crap from both parties. Geez ...
Most of the ads I get on youtube are obamy yammering something. Guess yt is worried about my negative social credit score.
My peeve is the mail I get from some charitable organizations such “Doctor’s Without Borders” or veteran groups who send packages with greeting cards, small flags, names on postal return stickers, gloves, etc. They are wasting someone’s donation dollars on junk in an attempt to get more donations. I’ve put “refused, return to sender” on a couple and dropped in the mailbox but I expect the PO just junks it. I saw a report recently on the percentage of donations that actually go to the designated charity. One top charity was “Tunnel to Towers” with an A+ rating.
A list of America’s top charities (by percentage of money spent on programs relative to overhead) can be found at the below link. Note that many that advertise on TV are not found on this list (St. Jude and Shriner’s for example).

They give the Clinton Foundation a B+ rating ... I see no pro-life or pro-gun entities there.
I smell a rat.
I am pretty sure that is exactly what is going on.
I donated $ to Cruz in ‘13 and three weeks later got a IRS audit letter from Austin TX.
I have never lived in TX and after 4hrs of phone calls with them, they said “oops we made a mistake”
Someone on Cruz staff sold my name to the IRS.
